Year 11 English
Students are likely to encounter new kinds of texts – hybrids of visual, spoken and written, featuring ethical and global dilemmas, challenging and unpredictable plots. They will be evaluating, comparing and composing increasingly complex writing and performance. It’s a great chance for them to consider their own position in the world as a creator and responder. Dr Samuels and her Education team developed Cluey's unique CENTRE approach, and have created interactive learning programs that map to the curriculum and allow students to work at their own level and pace.

Lori has worked for over 20 years assisting people aged 15-64 years with skills needed to enter or return to mainstream education. Lori is confident in building relationships with a variety of students, identify their needs and solving these needs with acquired expertise and mentorship.

Each student’s individual learning journey is supported through a series of live face-to-face sessions with an expert tutor matched to the student's needs. We cover all the theory and examples needed to ensure comprehension, and our sessions are designed to be engaging and encouraging.
Our expert tutors offer guidance through demonstration and worked examples and assign targeted practice questions to help students master the topics and concepts covered.
After each session, personalised feedback is provided to help students and parents track their progress.
